The Grid Mk3 has been CE tested and confirmed to meet Level 1 requirements by Intertek UK. It also meets/ exceeds CE Level 2 requirements on cuff length, restraint, impact abrasion resistance and impact protection for knuckles.

The Grid Mk3 has 3M reflective piping on the external facing ulnar side to enhance visibility at night.

Superior Impact Protection for Knuckles
The Grid Mk3 now incorporates carbon fiber knuckle protectors with high density TPU inserts for enhanced impact absorption. To maximize comfort, the gloves feature dual layers of foam: one beneath the knuckle guard and another covering the back of the hand. Additionally, the knuckle protectors are available in two sizes to ensure a better fit and comprehensive coverage across hand sizes.
Palm protection with Full Wrap Knox SPS 404
The Grid Mk3 continues with the top-of-the-line dual compound, full wrap SPS 404, integrating Knox's latest Micro-lock armor on the inside and abrasion-resistant LDPE on the outside. Scaphoid injuries, commonly occurring in motorcycle accidents due to the grab effect when the palm hits the ground, underscore the importance of correct SPS placement, which has been approved for the Grid by Knox headquarters in London.
Impact Protection for Wrist
The Grid Mk3 now features carbon fiber wrist sliders with underlying EVA padding to protect the ulna bones. The finger protection is provided by TPR protectors and EVA foam padding.
Pinky finger bridge for roll protection
On the Grid Mk3, the ring and pinky fingers are attached with a bridge panel to prevent finger roll injuries that can occur during a crash. This is a mandatory feature required for riding on most race tracks.
Goatskin Leather for enhanced abrasion protection
The Grid Mk3 utilizes durable, lightweight goatskin leather that is naturally water-resistant and renowned for its comfortable suppleness. We maintained the leather thickness at its maximum possible level (1.2 to 1.5mm) to enhance abrasion resistance.

Silicone SuperGrip for smooth throttle operation
The Grid Mk3 features an engineered SuperGrip silicone panel positioned at the purlicue (the area between the forefinger and thumb), providing superior grip on the handlebars. The enhanced grip on the palm allows for a light hold on the bars while ensuring smooth operation of the throttle.
Touchscreen friendly for BOTH hands
The Grid Mk3 features special conductive leather panels on the index finger and thumb tips of both hands, allowing you to use your smartphone during quick breaks or stops without removing the gloves. This conductive leather mimics a conductive path, facilitating seamless operation of touch-sensitive electronic devices. These panels are placed on the fingertips as well - allowing you to pinch and zoom easily.
Visor wiper for rainy rides
The Grid features a strategically positioned soft wiper on the left hand, making it easy to clean the helmet visor in rainy conditions.
